Prohibited Activities
1. Platform Policy Violations
You may NOT use XSpark to:
- Violate X Terms of Service or Rules
- Circumvent platform rate limits or restrictions
- Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
- Create or operate bot networks
- Evade account suspensions or bans
2. Spam and Manipulation
Prohibited spam activities include:
- Mass following/unfollowing to inflate metrics
- Posting identical content across multiple accounts
- Artificially inflating engagement (likes, retweets, replies)
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages or replies
- Using misleading links or clickbait
- Participating in engagement pods or groups
3. Harmful Content
You may NOT generate or post content that:
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
- Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
- Harasses, threatens, or bullies individuals
- Shares private information without consent (doxxing)
- Promotes self-harm or suicide
- Contains adult content without appropriate warnings
- Spreads misinformation or disinformation
4. Deceptive Practices
Prohibited deceptive activities:
- Impersonating individuals, brands, or organizations
- Creating fake or misleading accounts
- Misrepresenting affiliation or endorsements
- Posting fake news or manipulated media
- Running scams or fraudulent schemes
- Market manipulation or pump-and-dump schemes
5. Intellectual Property Violations
You must NOT:
- Post copyrighted content without permission
- Use trademarked material without authorization
- Plagiarize or claim others' work as your own
- Share pirated content or links
6. System Abuse
Prohibited technical activities:
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service
- Reverse engineering our software
- Using unauthorized scripts or automation
- Overwhelming our systems with requests
- Sharing account credentials
- Reselling or redistributing our Service

Safety Guidelines
To keep your account safe:
- Review AI-generated content before posting
- Respect platform rate limits (built into XSpark)
- Use human-like timing and randomization (automatic)
- Engage authentically with your audience
- Avoid controversial or sensitive topics if uncertain
- Monitor your account for unusual activity
Enforcement
We actively monitor for policy violations. Violations may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations
- Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations
- Legal Action: Criminal activity or significant harm
We reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately for serious violations without prior notice.
